WD: Easy Courier BD is a Shopify app designed for Bangladeshi merchants to easily assign their orders to local courier services. It supports multi-courier integration and streamlines the delivery booking process right from your Shopify admin.

We support multiple popular Bangladeshi courier services. The list may expand over time. Once the app is installed, you'll be able to see the list of available couriers and connect the ones you use. Currently we have: Pathao, Steadfast, Redex. We will add Delivery Tiger, eCourier and Carry Bee very soon.

The app depends on webhooks provided by the courier companies to update tracking status automatically. However, sometimes webhooks may fail or be delayed — this is a limitation from the courier's end, not ours.

Yes. We do not store any sensitive customer or full order information. Only order IDs and courier assignment data are saved. All API credentials are encrypted. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

All your app-related data is permanently deleted from our servers as soon as the app is uninstalled. We do not keep any backups or logs of your order or courier assignments.

No. Each order can only be assigned to one courier at a time. You can change the assigned courier if needed before it's marked as picked up/delivered.
